This little pre-walker has been taking tiny steps more and more each day. He can stand by himself for quite some time and loves to bounce and clap because he’s so proud of himself. These tiny precious steps have been so exciting around here and to see his face light up is just priceless. I’m predicting in a few weeks, he’ll be full fledged walking. Sigh….I want to still hold on to this babyhood. I’m not quite ready chasing after a walker yet.
I don’t do a whole lot of casual but with this look here, I was wearing a plain white shirt and skinny jeans. Throw on this fabulous faux fur biker jacket and it looks like it just stepped out of a magazine…sorta. Lol. I was helping my mom with her condo this day so I didn’t want to get dressed up so I threw on this jacket to spice up my casualness. It’s so easy. Baby Cole enjoyed playing with the collar as well. Lol. This look is easy and effortless. What are some of your go to looks or pieces that you fall to jazz up your casual looks?
I know I talk A LOT on Facebook and Instagram about how much I’m going to miss babyhood and nursing. Just today I was thinking about how much I’m going to miss those eyes looking up at me during our feeding and bonding sessions. I love how he occasionally smiles and laughs at me when I make faces at him. I love how he’ll stick his tiny fingers into my mouth so I can pretend to bit them off and he’ll laugh hysterically. He’s my last baby and I admit, I’m starting to get a little baby fever. Yes, we are for SURE done in the baby making department. The only way I’ll change my mind is if I can be 100% guaranteed it’ll be a girl but we all know that’s not possible. In just 1.5 months, this leprechaun of mine will turn one!! How is that even possible? I’m going to miss watching him crawl, I’m going to miss watching him bathe in his baby tub, I’m going to miss watching him learn how to walk. There’s just so much and I can go on and on. He’s made us so, so happy we can burst. Yes, having three kids under 5 is HARD WORK. It’s made me regret having three kids at times. I can admit to that. Almost every day I’m texting the Giant begging him to get his ass home from work pronto or else he’ll find the kids bound and gagged! But once my head is back in the right place and they screaming has ceased from the kids, I look at all three of them and it’s just pure love. My heart just swells. Love my crazies to pieces, even those they drive me mental!
Hi!! I’m back. I took a week off from blogging to catch up with work and helping here and there with my parent’s move. So lately, I’ve been thinking about this middle child of mine. I think about how little time we have with him. Yes, we see him daily and I’m with him day and night but I don’t actually have ALONE time with him. The other day I was able to squeeze in an hour and a half of quality time with this kid while Cole was napping and it felt so nice. Just me and him. We cuddled and played with play doh. Lately, his temper tandrum has been less and less so it’s making it extra fun being around this kid! Another big milestone we’re about to celebrate pretty soon, being potty trained! We’re on day 3 and so far, just one accident per day. It’s so cute seeing how EXCITED he gets when we all stand in front of him and cheer and scream when he pees. Lol. His face lights up and he’s so proud. What’s even funnier is that it’s typically me, Little G, and Cole standing in front of him screaming. When the Giant’s home, just imagine all four of us standing in the bathroom screaming, clapping, and cheering. Yup, the entire fam bam inside the bathroom. Lol. It’s quite comical. So wish us luck! I hope to have him trained before he turns 2 years and 5 months on the 21st!
